When I work on drawings, I always work on several ones. THis gives you an overview of the ones I am currently working on.They will get ready one by one when I finish the small details. When ready, I normally scan them and sometimes publish them on a blog or on other placed. Then they are archives in portfolio’s to keep them dry and dark and safe for the future. Maybe an exhibition one of these days?
A FaceBook Discussion is a drawing i made in July 2010 when I was working in Athens. The theme has to do with several discussions on facebook where people sometimes crossed the lines and some friendships were broken. When not talking Face to Face but sitting behind a computer some people tend to overdo it with their words and emotions. When respect is lost, the friendships are lost too.
Yesterday the new issue of Maintenant arrived from New York. Inside it is one of my drawings. lookes good on paper.
Here you see one of the new drawings th the series Digital Human Beings, where I investigate the influence of the digital world on the analog human world and how we see things thee days. This drawing is still in progress. You see two versions, but still needs some work before it is finished. The title is already choosen.
My contribution for a project in the UK about Shakespeare.
Three new VIP’s (Visual Impuls Poetry) are drying now before they get the last addings, and then they will be ready. The series grows rapidly and soon will be complete to be exhbited and documented.
